Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays Roseheart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public holidays).
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
