At Roseheart, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
